I believe deeply that the body cannot be reduced to a single diagnosis. We are whole human beings — physical, mental and spiritual — and true healing must address all three.
My approach blends conventional medicine with functional and integrative methods, always taking into account the uniquely human factors that shape your health — your story, your relationships, your childhood, your inner world.

When we are able to move our bodies with ease and without pain, we feel free. We feel aligned. Connected to the rhythm that flows through everything around us. To me, movement is medicine.
